Replacing part on LG washer
Gemiah worked on the issue with the washer (replaced part) quickly and it was very obvious that he knew what he was doing which was nice. Once the part was replaced, he ran a test to make sure new part was working and that I was satisfied that problem was resolved. Excellent customer service!!!

Charles T experience resolved my problem But the first technician misdiagnosed the issue which delayed the repair of my microwave for a month. The second technician was better and correctly ordered the right part. Overall my Sears home service experience was not good because of the delays in resolving my issue.
