Service on dryer
Raymond was very nice and friendly. He found the problem, fixed it, and as far as we know the dryer works ok. Haven't used it yet. I might want someone to come back and check belts and thermostat. Not sure if Raymond did that. I will know more when I use it!

Better communication
He could have done a better job in explaining what he did to get dishwasher repaired. Was there a malfunction of the dishwasher or did I do something wrong? Need to know to prevent it from happening again.

Replaced external water and ice dispenser
I love the fact that the technician made a lot of effort to find the correct replacement part and order it. Then Sears sent a technician out to replace the part not even a week after the part arrived at our home. The technicians were very cordial, professional, and knowledgeable. I recommend the Sears technicians hands down.

Dryer repair
Travis provided good service for the repair, however, I found I screw that was not replaced and he had trouble placing the top of the dryer back on and caused minor dents on the top of the dryer. I the hope screw not beinging replaced does not cause a mechanical issue.

Kenmore fridge
Charles very friendly and spent a good bit of time researching and trouble shooting the problem . Told us doesn't think he can get it to stay running. It tried to start but kept turning back off. Please provide information to zJane Campbell. This past Wednesday we were all upset with your service department for being a no show and no communication about why tech never showed. We were well informed today several messages Thursday,Friday and again today.
