My technician was warm, knowledgeable and professional. But I couldn't access information on the site very easily. I wanted 2 appliances looked at and noted that in the request. However I couldn't schedule one visit for 2 appliances. Should have been able to do so. Contacting the service after the initial booking was impossible.

The 2007 Kenmore Elite Refrigerator had stopped working on Sunday, August 6, 2023. Just the fan was blowing cold air. Did not touch and left everything as it was. Called late Sunday night and set appointment for Monday, August 7. My Son James J. Dupree, Salt Lake City, Utah received the notice for a service call for Monday. (zip code 84020). I had told the representive 3 times my zip code is 39525., Service is now done and very satisfied with the work .
