Dryer Repair
Kevin knew right away what caused my dryer to stop working. Had part needed to make repair (thermal fuse). He also vacuumed all the lint inside and outside the dryer. Yea!! Never realized how much I used my dryer before it stopped working. Thanks to Kevin for his excellent service!

Sears warranty range
Raymond did a great job and was very nice. But you guys need to improve the timing you give clients. It should be a 4-hour window instead of all day. Especially since he was later than the end time given by 1 1/2 hours. You also need to inform the clients with updates more often.
