Once she arrived, Chris did a great job evaluating, explaining the problem and options, and then repairing the dryer. Unfortunately I can't give the whole service process the same high rating. Even though my order had been confirmed and I had gotten and extended multiple ETAs during the day, somehow my order had been cancelled on the tech's route. Fortunately around 5pm, she couldn't close out her day because my order appeared as "pending" so she called and found out I had been expecting her. As I said once she arrived (around 6) she was great. I haven't used the dryer yet but I turned it on and it sounded good so I have my fingers crossed. I just hope customer operations can get its act together so it supports better the good work of the repair techs.

Awesome service & personality!!
Chris came to service our washing machine and was able to repair it without issues! Always made sure to call first and make sure we were home before arrival. Arrived on time and ready to work. They were a very informative and just in general a cool down to earth person and we enjoyed some conversation at the same time as they were fixing our appliance. So far the washer is working as it should and is much better so far than it was before the repair!! A+++ service from Chris!! Thank you very, VERY much!!
