Christopher examined the possible sources of leaks and determined that only the filter was causing the leak. He cleaned and replaced it and we were good to go. On time and efficient - and nice!

Cris has been awesome! The company however has left us without a washer for 5 months and the call center is just a run around every time! So figured with Sears!!! And that's a shame . They used to be an awesome company.
