Chris was very patient and understanding working with the home warranty l happen to have. They (home warranty)took over an hour solving the claim and Chris was very professional working with them, which I am very sorry he had to be put through the time spent having to repeat several times and put on hold several times too. He was a pleasure working with, give him extra brownie points.

My technician came in quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and gave me advice on a warranty through Sears in case anything else goes wrong, and then left. Very quick and efficient.

Treavor showed up and waited patiently while we made room to access the dryer. (We were lagging a bit) He quickly figured the problem and ordered parts. When he returned (per schedule) he made short work of the project and left no mess. We like quick and efficient and that's what he is.
