I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER SEARS HOME SERVICES CONTRACT. WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 45 MINUTES WAITING TO TALK TO SOMEONE. WHEN I WAS CONNECTED I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT THE PERSON WAS SAYING. SERVICE MAN, ANDY, WAS VERY NICE BUT MY POLICY DID NOT COVER THE REPAIR TO MY GARAGE DOOR. MISLEADING.
