Friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue. They alerted me when he would be there....he was. Unfortunately, they tell you from 7-5 pm and then the day of the call they call you 20 minutes before he arrives that their system is not the tech's fault.

Luke was great. Very nice, competent man. But in today's world of technology, I believe it is inexcusable for you to make us be at our home between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. This has no reflection on Luke. You have to improve your customer service to provide us with a shorter window on when you will arrive.
