Doug was amazing. He came into my home and diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and returned to fix my washer in 10 days!! He did something that another service man from this establishment could not do in 60 days. The part the other serviceman ordered still has not been found, and he stated that my 5 year old machine would probably be deemed irrepairable. Boy, am I glad Doug came to the rescue! Finally after just over 2 months of waiting, spending about $100 a month at a laundrymat, calling Sears Home Services repeatedly, and 9 scheduled service appointments with only 3 service appointments kept by the repairmen, my machine is finally fixed! 5 Stars to Doug! Request Doug if he can service your appliances! Zero stars to Sears Home Services!!!
