Dryer fix
Jeff did a fine job and explained this to us. Pretty expensive but that is not his doing. We do not want to do the monthly fee program.

Serviceman excellent. Sears policies/capabilities very bad.
Technician was great. However, text messaging re: appt was half day out of sync with direct communications with tech and my requested time(these last two in agreement and worked fine.) A second issue came up that tech had time for, but no work order was booked until after he needed to leave. That next assigned fellow called related to incorrectly recorded order and we cancelled, as he said you don't do the work requested. All parts needed for dryer repair were not available through you and I am told that the parts I found online myself, you will not allow your people to use. Sort of redefines compensated "service" from a company perspective. Not sure we will ever use you again.

Replaced several parts to fix water leak in Dishwasher
Replaced drain and attached motors & parts. New pump motor didn't work so used old motor and refunded cost. Told to check for leaks after 3 cycles adding cardboard under unit to pull out. After leaving, Door was binding and had metal popping noise when closing it. Spoke to 5 Reps to reschedule Door fix. 1 Rep hung upon me. Another Tech came out 2 day later to reinstall door cover correctly to fix door.

Techs are good, but wouldn't use the company
The company doesn't even attempt to fake good customer service. They give you a window of 8-5. Their tracker system is off by hours, it's impossible to reach someone on the phone. The last time I used them, had the same issues, wrote a similar review, and they don't care enough to follow up.

Dishwasher, not fixed still
Michael was great. The dishwasher is still leaking bad so we do need him to come back as the first fix did not work. He also left a tool behind that we need to get back to him.

Didn't go the extra mile
The technician came out to my house right away. Said it was my motor of my dryer that was not working correctly. I don't even think he pulled it aparthe wasn't at my house for more than 10 minutes. I had someone else come out after him. And they fixed my dryer by cleaning the motor. I would like a refund on the initial service fee.
