Quick when he finally got here.
Making the appointment was a pain thru the GE web site - it did not work at all. The phone system at GE was no good either. The first company who got the service call auto-canceled. I called again and got this appointment. 8 -5 window - expect a call the night before with a 1 hour window. That did not happen. Sitting around all day. When he finally got here the repair was quick. The rating is for the technician - not the GE system. That would be a zero star review!

Did a great job
Jeffrey did great. I was called in the morning to let me know a two hour window, and he was right on time. He knew exactly what was wrong, and while he was fixing the problem he also educated me on how to clean the working parts of the dryer to keep it safer. As for the process of scheduling my appointment, the person who answered my call was very polite and helpful. The hard sell of warranty plans was exhausting. I know that it is the company requiring this process and not the scheduler's choice.
