Vish has a lot of knowledge when it comes to fixing our range. He was able to accurately figure out the problem, order the correct part, and install the new part with ease. The range works great now. Sears is fortunate to have employees like Vish.

Brett has been servicing my lawnmowers and snowblowers for Sears for many years. He has always been honest and upfront on the repairs needed. He is courteous and great to be around. Wish there were more people like him in the industry. 10 out of 10 in my book

Knowledgeable, professional and great service. Big thank you to Michael for coming out 3 times to fix the dishwasher. My only issue is with the scheduling people. Took over 5 weeks and 2 no show appointments to get done.
