A very pleasant experience. Scheduling online was easy and fast. Good confirmations and notice of expected arrival. Arrival on time and made the repairs right away. Courteous and considerate.

Great tech, horrible scheduling system
Both techs that came out were great. However, your scheduling system is terrible. I was told my repairs would be completed a week earlier and when the parts arrived, you would be notified. That did not happen. I received messages the appointment was scheduled, but then no one called to confirm. The support numbers on the website do not work earlier. After multiple attempts, I was finally able to read a "person" via your worthless chat feature. All they could do was reschedule and I was told my complaints would be escalated to management (which I also don't believe happened). I don't see why I should pay full price for something I was told and expected to be completed much sooner. I will definitely look elsewhere next time for service because of this experience. I want to reiterate the techs were both great, but customer service and scheduling absolutely sucks.
