Refrigerator compressor replacement
Bachirou did well and was very professional. However trying to reach Sears to confirm our compressor was under warranty was not a pleasant experience. Trying to navigate your customer care phone system was difficult. Team members would give me numbers to call. Those numbers did not work. Some numbers sent me to some medical device promotion. Etc. So if you could work on making it easier to contact a live person and if those people had correct numbers, that would be great.
