Our technician was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem fast, ordered the part that we needed and was very professional. The Sears scheduling system is very poor though. The second appointment to actually install the fridge part, no one showed up for. I had to call my home warranty in order for them to patch me through to actually talk to someone from Sears. You can't talk to a real person at all on their appointment scheduling number! According to them they had a technical error and that is why no one showed up. We had to reschedule for the following week but then they pushed our appointment back even further. We ended up going over 2 weeks without a fridge due to their scheduling system. They need to fix that!

Sean is very nice and fixed the tones on the water and ice dispenser but now 2 other buttons don't work. The door alarm and reset filter. The control panel is not fitting on the door correctly.

Our fridge is 11 years old and wasn't cooling. He didn't have an exact answer for what our issue is, possibly condensing fan. Said it most likely won't cool to 37 degrees but should cool. So far, it's not cooling at all so a wasted 150.00

Fridge not fixed

Aaron checked out the fridge, found a bad compressor that had been incorrectly serviced. He named multiple parts that needed to be replaced along with the cost to fix my fridge. Then he accidentally shorted out the main board and said I needed a new one of those too. I witnessed the shorting of the board and called him out on it and he responded that "accidents do happen". No apology, nothing. I invited him to leave and reported the incident to Sears.

Absolutely horrible - He's a thief

I purchased 2 parts for the repair. The repair was completed and Mickey took the part that was not needed and he was going to return it. The part cost over $280.00 and it was never returned and my money was not refunded. It's been 7 weeks! I've got nothing but the run around every time I call Sears! So basically Mickey stole the part and my money!!! Range Oven Control Board and Clock (replaces 316557212)

out 3 times, still not fixed

the first technician came and told us he had to order parts and once they came, HE would come back and install them. He also told us we could use the dishwasher because it was working on and off. one clip was broken. Then a different technician came and told us we had to attach our dishwasher so he could come back and detach it and put the parts on and reattach it. He left and we requested the first technician, he came out and he also wouldn't fix it. he said the machine was in a different position than the first time he came out. I explained that it shifted because we used it a couple times. I offered to pull the machine out because by this time the other clip broke, still no service. I am not a technician, I feel in his experience, he should have advised us to not use the machine. Also he was saying if he did fix it, it MIGHT leak and he couldn't be responsible. By that reasoning, nothing would be fixed because anything could happen anytime. Terrible experience.

Too rushing, stubborn and rude

Not that happy with his service. Too rushing and not really done his job properly even I asked to wait and explain clearly.He Just wanna get paid for visit and wanna out of the property without doing his job properly. He said claim didn't exist or found and so…..he can't do anything.
