He didn't even look at anything, nice guy though. But he didn't open anything up or look inside to make sure the problem was fixed.

Washer repair

Technician Jonathan F did not repair my washer and said there is nothing he can do. My washer does not drain properly and keeps running for over 5 hours for one load because it won't drain.

Worst service ever by company!

Service on Fridge. I have a Service Agreement & told /confirmed when making appointment. We had 3 techs work on the fridge. When tech 1 arrived he told us what was wrong odered parts & asked for payment because it was a collect call. Ended up calling office which the worst automated service looping me around, putting on hold for 45min before able ro talk to a human. Ask to speak to techs supervisor which he was unable to find my contract. Finally speaking to a human from call center they could not find my contract via my name, address or phone number but finally found my service contract via my cc after arguing with them that I have been paying & they are charging me. Their system is so horrible. It would also be nice if they fixed the spelling of my name to match my cc & my real name (asked them to correct this several times). Tech #2 found 1st tech did not order correct parts so he found the problem & ordered more parts. Glad 2nd tech knew what was wrong! 3rd tech was fast efficient & repaired our fridge.

Repair of LG dryer, dryer not working

After Tech appointment, we still can't use it. It's spinning but no heat (the same problem as before). We called and bring the matter, on waiting.

Have a supervisor call me. 3rd time for same repair. Service was set for 8 to 5. 1st time Benjamin arrived at 7 pm the next time at 6 pm. He did nothing the 1st time. Then Gregory came and ordered parts. I specifically stated do not send Benjamin but he got sent the 3rd time and had to you tube the whole time. Problems not resolved!!!!

Dishwasher repair

Robert repaired my dishwasher. I have not used it yet so I can't give a rating. Only negative opinion is the time slot for repair was between 8 and 5 pm. I stayed home all day waiting but didn't get a call to say he would still come until after 5 pm. He came a little after 6 pm. There should be some sort of call to let your customers know of a running late issue or better yet, at least a choice of service ROUGHLY between 8 and 1 or 1 and 5. Again roughly. I realize the techs have issues that will make them late for the next customer but there should be some sort of relay to let us know of an estimate of time. Thank heaven I didn't have to work today however, my husband is in critical condition in the hospital and I needed to be with him sometime during the day. I could have gone to see him early and been home in time for the repair but your time slot didn't allow that.

Simply just replaced the broken part and said it was fixed

So this repair technician has been dispatched 2 tines to my home to fix my washer. The second time he was here he put in the old broken part and said it's fixed. It WASN'T the original issue happened and I still have no working washer. Then when I tried to call to have him turn around they said I have to wait yet ANOTHER week for the same person to come back. This is the WORST service I have ever experienced
