He did a professional job and was pleasant and on time.
Once a service time and date are confirmed, having to respond to a text message by entering a 1 or 2 should not be necessary. One appointment for the dishwasher was rescheduled since I did not know that I needed to respond again after the appointment was set up. I sat around all that day waiting for the service tech that never showed. Waiting all day for the service is unreasonable. Give a samller window, my time is important too.

Happy with the repair
Happy with the repairs; however, I was surprised at the mess left behind. All of the parts of my old washing machine were left for me to get rid of (will have to travel to the dump). In addition, I did receive an email with a signature for today's service but I never signed anything. Happy to have a working washing machine.

I've never ever had a service technician leave all the boxes with old parts before, leaving them for me to clean up.

Not happy!!!
Thought he had the dryer repaired. I put in a load to dry, the dryer didn't run. Thankfully he was still in our driveway. He took it apart again and told us that a spill of laundry detergent from many years ago corroded the wiring & it keeps shorting out.He said it needs a new wiring harness. Why did the first service technician not see this as the problem! I have paid $ 291 for service & I still don't have a dryer. I'm opting to purchase new washer & dryer.

Good service, terrible scheduling
We had an 8 hour window for the fridge inspection, but we're only given a 10 minute heads up for when he would arrive. Luckily, my fiancee had not gotten to the urgent care clinic yet when I got the call and was able to get home on time to meet him. A warning earlier than 10 minutes would have made our day a lot easier.

Snowblower repair/service
Bret was great! He did a thorough review of the snowblower and was able to address the issue (carburetor), tightened a couple of belts, and adjusted the snow shoot so that the hand control would work again. My 13 year old snowblower is ready for winter!

Sean was good but Sears system was terrible
Sean did the best he could to install our ice maker, but couldn't complete the job as the water was not hooked up correctly. The scheduling process with Sears was a nightmare. We received excessive texts with rescheduling options and home warranty sales pitches, and they completely botched our home address sending Sean the wrong direction to our house, despite us giving the correct address several times.

Washing machine
The Sears repair man tried very hard to convince AHS the machine needed repair, but it would cost too much to repair, so just replace it. AHS said even though the yearlings were shot, it still runs, so no replacement
