Technician was awesome but I will never do business with Sears home service again. Over charged and took over 3 weeks to repair a dryer belt.

I sat home from work and Appts from 8am to after 6pm. I was told withing 8am to 5pm they would be here. I had my phone BLOWING UP with alerts all week from you about my appt and asking the same questions over and over. BUT not one response or message today saying they were coming or on the way or behind etc. It was not until 614pm I received a call and text asking if I wanted to reschedule or not. Then he came out and said that your not even open to order the part! We have a bog family of 8 and we have spent now a couple hundred at the laundromat for laundry and we cannot afford this extra cost on gas and clothing being washed. The technician himself was so kind and polite. No issue at all with him. I just did not appreciate the lack of support you give up to the appt time and the lack of time open to get our parts when you didn't show on time.
