I have 6 year old Samsung refrigerator. Could not find ANYONE locally that would work on it. Ice maker (of course not working), the fresh food area would freeze up and stop cooling requiring complete defrost of unit periodically. Samsung sent Sears/Ricky to come out to warranty the ice maker only. When fresh food area froze up again, I contacted Sears directly & Ricky came out. He found out it was once again frozen with large ice dam causing fan to not run. He did thorough testing, even talked directly to special technician at Samsung. Ordered parts including the replacement wiring harness to fix middle drawer that also was not working correctly. He was kind, treated me with respect, explained what, why & options to fix or not fix if I wanted. Very nice & experienced repair person. Made a long term customer of me if/when I need appliance repair.

Caleb let me know ahead of time when he'd arrive at our house. Very kind and helpful in fixing our water and ice dispenser. Explained what caused it to not work.
