Helpful even when problem isn't obvious
At the initial appointment Allen wasn't able to find the source of the leak (or replicate the leak since it's very intermittent); however he did give us his most likely suggestion on what we could try replacing. The next week when he came back to install the part he noticed a small piece that was cut during the initial installation that could be the source of the leak. I appreciate the attention to detail and gives us a little peace-of-mind that this new part will fix the leak!

AWESOME technician
GE range repair. Jeraime is extremely professional and polite. Once the replacement part arrived (NO Thanks to the US Postal Service!!) Jeramie returned to our home to remove the defective switch and install the new one. Hooray Jeramie!
