He came he saw he diagnosed the problem. He explained what he was doing and unfortunately the issue could not be resolved. If I had an area for Sears to improve on is to provide a window and not 8 to 5pm. Morning or afternoon instead I sit and wait for the call and I ended up being the last call of the day!

Service call tmes
Service call appointments always say that the call will be made between 8am and 5pm. We have been told that the service tech is given a number for each call for that day. When one is given #9 (last call of the day, usually) a call in the morning would b nice so we don't sit there all day waiting for a 4:30 pm service visit.
