Very knowledgeable polite also considerate. I would love having him back to do the maintenance and or any repair reason being he went above and beyond for this maintenance check. I'm being completely honest Charles has been the best technician I've had come out to date. If there's anyway I can request him to come back for the next check or repair it would make me the happiest woman in the world. I wish I could give a higher rating because he truly deserves it.
