Treadmill Repair
Steven was very friendly and especially knowledgeable about the repair requirements for our treadmill. He quickly found the issue, assisted with part procurement and quickly fixed the treadmill after the part came in. We are very satisfied with the service.

Refrigerator Repair Person
I forgot to mention Dennis in my previous review, but like I said you guys have very good employees. Dennis was knowledgeable, professional. I am totally fed up with this Frig not working on and off for over 90 days. However, when you have such nice professional people coming to your home to make the repairs, it makes the situation more bearable. I have been advised to switch to other companies to insure my appliances because they are cheaper than what you guys charged. Thomas is very knowledgeable, this is the fourth time this Frig has been serviced. He explained everything to me. I have been w/o a Frig for over 90 days now, hopefully this is the last fix. All of your employees that I have dealt with have been very professional. I hope you guys realize their worth.
