Your system needs a lot work
With regards to Jason D. he completed the repaire very quickly. When scheduling this appointment I requested before 10 am he did not show until the after noon. The reason behind asking for before 10am is because I had an appointment Saturday NO CALL NO SHOW! My whole day was spend waiting for the repair tech. When I called the office, it was a automated service that could not help me with ANYTHING! When the repair was made I asked about the residual damage that was cause from the bad part I would have to call the same number that offered ABSOLUTELY NO HELP! This problem, mold in the refrigerator and rust water has been brought many of your tecks attention with NO RESOLVE FOR 5+ years, untill Jessup came about 2.5 weeks ago. The shelves are rusted and they mold and the bottom of my refrigerator is stained with rust. It is 6 years old and because of quality it looks 20 years old all the plastic is cracked or broken. COMPLETELY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS KENMORE ELITE REFRIGERATOR AND THE MASTER PLAN WARRANTY THAT I PAID TOP DOLLAR FOR

cloths dryer
seth did a fine job of locating the problem , but he bent my gas line while moving it around which caused a gas leak . I am now stuck with having to pay somone to replace it . should he or did he report this to his superiour ? is this proper procedure ? Should I have to pay for the replacement line ?

Home rpair
It was a total rip off. Your service tech without looking any further recommended to buy new refrigerator. It seemed he was not interested in doing any work. He took money and ran. Total garbage.

Dennis was friendly, knowlegeable and most of all patient over a confusion of the pending work order.His work was done swiftly and he was very careful with my dryer. We need more technicians like him.

No communication
Mr. David Q missed his schedule appointment time. The scheduled appointment time was between the hours of 8am-12noon. Mr. David contacted me via telephone at 1:30pm stating one of his appointments ran over and he was on his way., at which time I had already left home. Mr. Q failed in communicating with me and then in the comment on my receipt he stated customer declined service, which is a false statement. Mr. Q did not show for his scheduled visit.

Refregerator not working
Select Home Warranty has given us a hard time. We made a lot of calls to get the refrigerator fix. The parts needed finally came after two weeks. The technician from Sears said they are not needed because the problem is with the inverter. The technician left, and after 24 hours, there was no sign of the refrigerator working.
