Williams service was fine no service provided. the phone team at kenmore is a joke will never buy another product sears or kenmoe. -5 for them

Jalen was great! When Jalen arrived he put covers over his shoes so not to dirty our floor. Jalen organized all his tools before starting the job. Jalen is professional and did an excellent job removing the old and installing the new compressor, we couldn't be more satisfied.

Maintenance appointment
Technician arrived promptly and was very cordial and respectful. He was only here 15 minutes or so. I remember the last maintenance man took longer pulling out the dryer and checking the outside line. Based on past appointment I expected more.
