Maintenance check from extended warranty
Seth was very professional, polite & gave some hints. Problem was I called to have a maintenance check & clean vent inside dryer. As I have had this done from your company many times during the years this was the 1st time a tech didn't have a small vacuum to properly clean lint, etc. Was told his was broke & company didn't replace yet. I had to get my vacuum to clean better & I used a cloth to get the rest. When did this become the customers job I was thinking. I am a senior but wanted a thorough job so I helped.

James was nice and very knowledgeable...the only criticism I have is that he had a difficult time with his phone...he needs a new phone so he can keep up.

Left without prooving if appliances work
The appliance did not find working when we checked, technician left without calling us and checking with us. We stepped in home for some work.

Don't call Sears Home Service unless you are rich
Parts and labor for repairs, even simple minor ones, are extremely overpriced. It's not worth. They will try to sell you extended warranties and do not reveal the entire cost of the job up front. Joe, my repair man, did what he was supposed to do but did not test the oven to see if it worked once he was done.

Electrolux
Poor attitude. Negative on my unit and extremely unprofessional. Joe was not here today, but the dishwasher is still not fixed and giving off same I30 error code. Please suggest replacement to Electrolux. Not repairable it seems. Thx

Refrigerator repair.
The technician Don was great. My complaint is about your website. It took me an hour to schedule this follow up appointment. I had to talk to someone to remove my old landline phone number. They said they changed it but the technician today said he still had my old phone number. It won't let you change it on line either. Very frustrating.
