Mark made the repair efficiently without much hassle, even though the washer was in a difficult location. He was also friendly and sociable, explaining the basics of what broke, unlike other repairmen we've had!

Kevin's friendliness was appreciated and the quick and knowledgeable way he repaired the ice despenser. I still feel that upon making a service claim your options are limited in explaining the reason for the claim. This could cause the technician to not have available what is needed for a repair. Fortunately the technician was able to complete the work, but I would hate to have to wait simply because the technician didn't know what exactly the reason for the call was.
