Ken was persistent and very kind. Walked me through the process and went extra mile. Unfortunately he needs to work for someone else. If I ever had a choice in my situation I wouldn't not have picked the A&E service. Unbelievably horrible. It was a warranty service and I had no choice.

Very courteous, professional and got the job done quickly. Sadly, the automated system is awful as we've had the part for 2 weeks and did the received part as soon as we got it, had an appointment for Aug 29th and nothing. Had to go to chat box because there is no way to connect to a living human. Brett helped get the Sept 5th appointment set up. So kudos to Dani and Brett

Oven repair. Not heating.
Daniel was very professional, arrived promptly within his arrival time communicated. He identified the problem and seemed to have corrected it. When he tested it the oven seemed to heat. But just after he left for the day my wife set it to preheat so she could put our dinner in the oven. The oven did not reach the preheat setting. It only got warm and never got up to temp. So with this evaluation, I am requesting a prompt return visit to fix this problem.
