Multiple problems
I had two previous service call appointments cancelled by the servicemen scheduled to come out to change the oil in my riding mower. On the third scheduled call, Cass came out as scheduled. Unfortunately, Cass didn't have any oil on his service vehicle. He did have the oil filter at least. I had to go into town to buy oil. Once he had the materials, the oil change went fine. Then software issues prevented me paying by check. Ultimately Cass got the credit card payment system to work. You guys need to step up your game. Vehicles should be stocked with materials expected to be used during the day before the technician leaves in the morning. As to the previous cancellations, I can't think of any legitimate reason for this to happen. When the original two appointments were cancelled (by Sears) I was not contacted to reschedule.

Duane is good, company bad!
This company is terrible. It took 6 appointments to get the digital display fixed on our stove. I rearranged my day 6 times for this. I hope to never use this repair service again. 1st assessed repair and ordered part 2nd was going to show up too late 3rd part didn't work, reordered part 4th could not make it, I rearranged my day for it. 5th couldn't make it, I rearranged my day for it. 6th made it and fixed

Not Qualified
The technician was not qualified to work on my appliance (ice maker). Her never should have been dispatched to this job.

Person was polite but service was not good
I asked the service because the dryer was making noises but was working perfectly. When the technician came, he said it was bc was dirty. I authorized the service to clean but at the end of service, he said he didn't know why, but the dryer was not working. He ordered a component and came to fix it, but at the end of service he said same, he could understand why, but the dryer was not working. He asked another component and finally the dryer was working. But this time he said "the pipe connexion" was not good and he could not leave totally connected. I questioned bc it was perfect when he came and he did not mentioned…. He tried to said that was like this when he came but It not was, it was perfectly connected. He took the pipe out to fix the dryer. I asked to leave it the way it was when he came but he said was not possible for his body condition he could not do it better, and also bc he did not have tooling for that. And I need a solution from the company to fix the pipe and leave the way it was, totally connected. Technician has to leave everything same conditions he found , can't fix something and damage other part.

Still broken
Not fixed, still broken. No calls for running late for appointment. I would rather the service person show up the next morning fresh for. the repair.
