Repair washer
This was my fifth appointment. The computer panel is different than the one I had on my washer. Repairmen were great. However, dealing with Service Department was absolutely horrendous and very frustrating.

Sears home services/dishwasher repair
Technician was very knowledgeable and explained very well the issue with our dishwasher. Once he fixed the issue, he did cycle the dishwasher a few times to confirm that the water leak was no longer present. Very satisfied with the work performed by Marvin G.

Dryer Repair
Our Dryer is wedged in a small, confined space. Seth got right to work replacing the roller wheels that guide the drying drum. He was very courteous and worked quickly.
