Pleasant way to start the day
Kevin was very friendly and hopefully fixed our problem with the ice maker. He explained what probably caused the problem and what to do to avoid the problem in the future. We will see. Nothing has happened yet but its only been 35 minutes since he left

He came and diagnosed the issue and said he felt confident he could fix our dryer wheel after another tech said it could not be done without replacing the motor - a $700-800 job. When Derek came, he said he doesn't feel I need an entire motor and nothing is wrong with it. We ordered the new wheel and he came and completed the installation perfectly. My dryer is nice and quiet again. 🙂 He advised I add a cleaning which was worth every penny. Saved me money and did a great job. He has restored my faith in Sears because I was not happy initially.
