Great service technician
Benny repaired my refrigerator freezer. He exemplifies what customer service really should be like. It was a breath of fresh air to get this level of service and friendly demeanor. He explains what the issue is clearly and in a way you feel you can trust, helps educate you and most importantly does great work quickly, efficiently and cleanly. Consummate professional!!

Great serviceman!!!!
Serviceman was absolutely great. Did what had to be done. However, calling for service is on a scale of 1-10. I would rate it a (-25). I would never recommend Sears Service. I would definitely recommend the three servicemen that came to my home to repair my washer and dryer. You never get to speak to a "human". I could go on but it's not worth it.

Dishwasher
Joshua was the first person who actually took time to see if he could find the problem. He took it apart and cleaned everything and even cleaned out the drain line. I am hoping that the issue is resolved but if not I will again be contacting the warranty company. But Joshua was a great technician. The technician you sent out twice before, Marvin, did not do anything and reported that there was no problem when there was a problem.

Very Knowledgeable and Quick to find an issue
Problem was that lighting in freezer compartment in the fridge was not working. Brian was very knowledgeable and was fast to identify the issue with the lighting on the fridge. He had a part available in his truck, and when replaced, all lights started to work.
