Would like sears service better when you can speak with a human.a window for when you can expect service between 7-4 is ridiculous.no concern for your customers time.believe you can do better.that is not Matt's fault or the repair man you send out.

Washer Back Working With New Part
Charles was fast and efficient putting in the part. Gave adviceon proper monthly cleaning and not to use too much soap . This causes problems. Also said monthly cleanings with purchased cleaning tables helps a grea deal. Hoping this newly reconditioned part lasts a long time. Nothing else he matte with my Sears Washer. I love it.
