Edward came to check on my appliance, freezer was cold, top was warm. He agreed it would be fine if I watched while he worked, and as an engineer, I was anxious to see his diagnostic approach. As he disassembled to parts he needed to, he explained, what he was seeing and why this meant this that part was Ok or not OK. Completed the job, put everything back right and cleaned up. Pleasant and knew his stuff.
