GE fridge repair
Zachary was fine but I requested a copy of the service report be sent to me so I could submit a claim for food loss and the report still has not arrived. I called the phone number listed on my correspondence with them and could not speak with a person and the automated system said there was no record of service with my phone number. Not Zachary's fault but still speaks to the entire experience.

Ice maker repair
Richard was a fine technician, and repaired the icemaker in a very reasonable amount of time. But we have a problem that I need to have addressed. It makes crushed ice only, not cubed ice, which is what we use most of the time. Please call us ASAP to get this so we can get this fixed. Thank you.

Only reason I gave 4 and not 5 is scheduling- should be able to schedule within a 4 hr time frame not 8 and if they need to come back getting off for work again on that kind of a schedule is to hard.

Zachary D, A good guy, whom seem knowledgeable . Sears Home Service, needs to improve in many ways. 1. have a better system or way of setting service appointments. Braking down time periods like from 8:00a.m. -12:p.m and 12:00p.m -5:00p.m. so that a customer don't have to spent a whole day waiting on a service man. 2. Have the service call himself at least 15 minutes before he arrival not when he is at the customer door. 3. Better communication with each other because it seem the right hand do not known what the left hand is doing.. 4. One single number to reach you all because you call a number leave message and it doesn't get communicated to every one. Service men coming after appointments cancelled what waste .... I suggest over doing your whole communication all together.

Joshua seemed ill when he arrived and made my wife uncomfortable by his appearance and behavior. But he did the part replacement on the dryer without any problems.
