Main issue customer service
3 out of 5 stars. We had a total of seven appointments completed with different parts. Each time ordered new parts.. I feel like he tried. It took three months that's the problem. One appointment was canceled due to the part not arriving on time. This was a three month endeavor to get our washer fixed from June 26 the first appointment until today, September 21. . After appointment number six something else went wrong with the washer and the lid lock would not function properly but the washer did not drain and made our house smell terrible for three weeks. We had to take days off to be here at the house . We also had to have my mom do our laundry for three months . We had to have other people sit and wait for hours and hours at our house for someone to get here. No one will answer the phone and the website is not customer friendly . We could not track our parts and things were just incredibly difficult to get anywhere with .

Very polite
Although he was polite & professional, we tried a load of laundry as soon as he left and the washer quite working again. Very frustrating.

Problem was not resolved
The technician appeared to know what the issue with the washing machine was. However once the machine was reassembled he ran the machine with no clothes in it and it seemed like it was fixed. Once a small load of clothes was placed in the machine after he left the machine is still vibrating alot and making a loud squeaking noise on the spin cycle.
