Good service

Called ahead to confirm time, was pleasant. Hopefully washer will work correctly as it messed up whenever, not everytime so will have to wait to see if problems were corrected.

Great technician

Great job. Only problem was that I changed a dr appointment I really couldn't afford to miss. I would have been home by 9:15 am. And he wasn't able to get here until 12:30 pm. You (the company) need to make the window of available time smaller. 8:00 am to 5:00 pm is ridiculous. Bryon was great.

Excellent Service

It may of taken then 2 times, but it's only due to having to order parts. Service tech was her and fixed issue within 30 minutes, I think.
