Great service of the technician, too much text/emails before
The technician was friendly, on time, efficient ! But I spent too much time in the process leading to the service ... so much time spent on the phone answering questions, re-answering the same questions, I got a ton of texts and even more emails to say the same thing. I think that having the expert figure out what parts to order is smart but you got to streamline the rest. Thanks
