I appreciate him coming out to get food out of microwave. He was very helpful as there was nothing he could do and the company who sent him out knew that but he did get the food out and I'm very grateful for his time and finding the problem.

Tom was courteous & phoned twice the day of the repair- first with a 2-hour time window & then telling me he was on the way. He worked efficiently & provided me with options on how I wanted him to complete the repair, including the option of leaving the appliance as is. I highly recommend Tom!
