Mr Charmey's Service was by far the best experience ever. He was fast efficient and very informative. He had the parts with him and that allowed me to have my dishwasher the same day. He also went above and beyond to give me knowledge that I didn't have about my dishwasher.

Duane came to my house last week to fix my Kenmore dishwasher. He quickly found the problem but had to order the replacement parts. We made an appointment for him to come back today so that the replacement parts would be in. Duane replaced the parts with a better quality product (this part is made with metal instead of plastic) which will last longer. He even took out the strainer part on the bottom of the dishwasher and cleaned it out so that there were no stray broken plastic pieces hiding in there. Duane is a very friendly person and knew exactly what he was doing. He was in and out of here in about 30 minutes and I know have my awesome dishwasher fixed and in better shape than it was before it broke. Thank you Duane.
