Both, Seth (Oct. 6) and Chuck (Sept. 28 for which i did not get a survey) are great people and technicians. knowledgeable and friendly. Your automated telephone systems are aweful and so is your website bot. No way to talk to a live person. nobody recognized my info that the part had come in Oct. and we could have kept the first install date Oct. 4. Terrible terrible systems. I was almost ready to cancel the repair and the warranty agreement. you may want to go through these systems yourself to better understand what i mean.
