Diane was awesome. My experience with Duane was great . But this is the 4th appt. (Not with Duane) with Sears. First 2 appts were no show. 3rd appt the guy said he couldn't help because my appt was booked incorrectly. 4 days off work to finally have Duane come and take care of things.

John was the service person, not Howard. John was very through and helpful in discussing the care and repair of our whirlpool front load washer. He serviced us in February of this year for the same issue. We hope with a new control board to have the problem resolved. Thank you Chuck for coming 2 weeks ago, determining that this might be the problem. We hope to see both Chuck and John again.

Dishwasher repair
Everything about the repair process went perfectly. Duane, the service technician was professional and excellent. We had to order parts and Sears set the second repair visit without my having to reschedule. As soon as the parts came in they were aware and Duane came back out and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.
