Wall Oven
Sears Honme Services is a poorly managed and possibly crooked warranty service provider. The technician is the only adequate service provider in the organization. I feel sorry for you staff not being able to accommodate customers and provide service. How about you please get me a new oven since you can't fix your own Kenmore product.
