After numerous cancellations and once the technician got to my home, they are always polite and worked hard to get the job completed. But the company SEARS as far as communication with the clients its horrible I have requested not to use SEARS ever again because they do to many rescheduling after on several occasions of sitting in my home waiting from 7am-6pm only to have them rescheduled without my consent. I’m done with Sears.

REPAIR-A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE process via phone-website-F 3 days of NO SHOWS; no communication as to NO SHOWS; cumbersome/ineffective process for scheduling INCONSIDERATE: UNPROFESSIONAL. What would company's response if my payments were missed on 3 separate occasions???? *IF interested in customer satisfaction: schedule for shorter window of time (7AM-12 N) or 1PM-5PM; professional call to alert NO TECHNICIAN *compensation for 4 missed appointments
