Exceptional Service Technician
Our service technicians that were out here were great! I am just sorry that the replacement part that was recommended was not the correct part at all. No fault of the technicians whatsoever, it all falls back on the technical assistance they received. Had they been recommended the correct part, I feel the ice maker issue would have been resolved!
