No Show
Technician Hung H never showed up. On Monday 7/31/23 around 5 PM he called that he was on his way but he never arrived. Around 7 PM he called again saying he would return next day Tuesday afternoon. He never came. I see on my email that he submitted a false receipt to Sears indicating he had been here and "fixed some wires". It's been two months since I first reported my AC malfunction. I cannot depend on Sears Home Services any longer. I'm getting a local repairman o fix my problem even though I'm covered by Sears Master Protection Agreement.

Company does NOT work on Geo-Thermo Heating and Cooling
I specified that we have a Geo-thermal technician be sent. That did not happen. How long before this gets corrected?

WHO IS SAIFUDIN - NEVER CAME TO MY HOME!
.Totally disgusted with Sears! Your technician Fazil should not be allowed to work for Sears. He is a habitual liar and I don't believe he is equipped with the proper credentials to work as a technician. Ive noticed a continuous decline with Sears Home Services in the last five to six years. I understand that by the end of 2023 there may not even be a Sears. I've been reading a lot about the decline of Sears. You have scammers working for you now. My trust is gone. I will have to turn to the Attorney General's office for assistance with my issue. I have been a Sears Protection Agreement holder for many decades and to not get the service that my Protection Agreement states is wrong. I will seek legal assistance. SHAME ON YOU SEARS. This is not the American way!!

Waiting for AC diagnosis 5 days after visit
The technician showed up on time, but that was the end of good service. Prior to arrival, the AC worked, but condensation was overflowing and caused the ceiling beneath it to collapse. Hung spent about 15 minutes looking at unit and left without addressing issue called about - he claimed there was no problem with condensation overflow and the issue was a cracked drip pan. He pulled off the cover to the unit and did not replace it before leaving-my husband was not able to replace the cover after he left, which left us without any AC during the worst heatwave of the year! The warranty company that contracted A&E has been waiting for 5 days for a complete diagnosis. Without a diagnosis, I am left without AC! Terrible service - would not want Hung to return!!!

Problem not fixed
The technician stayed less than 15 minutes. He blamed the problem on the circuit breaker but the appliance completely failed within an hour of him leaving. It was not the circuit breaker as everything else connected in the house is working fine.

NO SHOW!!!
This Technician did not show up to my residence, and closed out my ticket without replacing any of the parts ordered. The dishwasher is still disconnected, and pulled out from the counter, with water spilling on the baseboard under the sink. This is a very low level of customer service. Not satisfied at all.

AC Unit
The technician was very rude and hostel. He was reluctant to look at the unit. Once he looked at the unit we were told that it was frozen. He turned on the fan and told us that it should work in about 24 hours. Turned the AC on and it still did not work!
