Excellent service
The technician arrived with an assistant and they were great. Listened to our concerns, preformed a diagnostic, explained the findings and solution. They fixed it quickly and were mindful they were in someone kitchen so they were respectful and efficient.

8-5 time block means nothing
It took three visits before my range was finally repaired. Wrong parts were ordered the second visit. The third visit the tech never showed up even though the app started he was on the way to my house. Fourth time the tech arrived at my home at 6:20pm after I chatted on line(What is the customer service number) I ask was the tech still coming. My range was repaired but it took 4 visits

Repair oven..
Technician was pleasant, however, they were unable to fix the F97 code on my GE double oven which was lower oven fan issue. Sears came out 4 times and replaced oven cooling fan and circuit board, two heat sensors, main control panel, convection oven fan but not the lower oven fan that was the issue. I also had to have two separate visits for electricians as Sears would not disconnect power from oven in order to pull out from wall to work on. They partially pulled out from wall for parts they replaced but would have needed to remove multiple panels on back to replace lower oven fan. They didn't do this and eventually turned the work order over to GE who diagnosed problem as F97 lower oven fan, ordered correct part and installed on next visit. They also double checked installation of all unnecessary parts Sears installed. All in all 8 visits..4 from Sears, two electricians and 2 visits from GE. Almost 3 months with no oven.. also they schedule repair time from 8 to 5 which caused me to waste 8 full days waiting for repairs. You really need to provide shorter arrival window. All in all not satisfied with results from Sears, totally pleased with GE

"Missed Diagnosis: A Question of Warranty Influence?"
Survey Review: The technician's visit was brief, and he advised that the vents needed cleaning. Acting on this advice, I hired another service to clean the vents. However, they informed me that the vents were in good condition and the actual issue was with the dryer's sensor. I can't help but wonder if my use of a home warranty influenced his reluctance to address the real problem with my dryer.

Dryer repair
The problem with my dryer didn't present itself when the technician was here and I didn't have a load of wet clothes at the time. However he didn't seem to listen and look for the problem or solution.

Still doesn't work
Tried running the machine after the tech left. Water did not fully drain from machine. Need someone to return and fix properly. Don't think we should have to pay the show up fee for new visit.

Washing Machine Service
First and foremost, the tech did not arrive until after 6pm. And never called to give a status. The online status just said the tech was scheduled that day. The tech did not explain the problem or solution until I asked. Then when he tried to explain, his English was not that great. He proceeded to fix the problem. Once he installed the new part, he never checked to see if it worked. I suggested washing clothes just to see if the agitation cycle worked. Since that was the problem. He just left. Now the agitation problem is intermittent. It works sometimes. But not all of the time. This is very frustrating.

Dishwasher still does not work
The repair technicians spent several hours servicing the unit but last night the system did not work. The techs were great but I need the system to work.

Very disappointed
The tech wasn't in my home 3 mins didn't look at anything, not even shine a flash light or go outdoors, stated we prolly should change filter or call someone else out.
