Repair dishwasher
I have been with the company for many years. I wish to continue with Sears if the price does lincrease too much.

Great service but way overpriced
My tech was good. He did the work needed and was professional. My issue is over $300 for a dishwasher latch reset. No parts needed. Latch stuck in locked position and needed a minor tweak. Less than 10 mins to fix . I wasn't expecting to pay nothing but this is not a fair price. Will not use this service again.

Terrible customer service
Terrible experience, tech did not even pressurize unit but tells me he sees No leaking from unit. Said his repair said water leak, i told that is not the issue. This the third time the tech has come out why dont they have notes from last visit. I asked him if he wanted to check the unit outside to see pressure, he responded i dont go outside. I sent him on his way.

Horrible Experience
Horrible experience from Sears and Cinch home services. 5 appointments and 2 months later we still don't have a working AC unit in the dead heat of summer! No one should ever experience this

He never showed up and reported the service was as refused
Our service window time was scheduled for 12pm-4pm on 6/5/2024. We received a call from Ronald J. at 4:30 pm stating he would not be coming for the scheduled service appointment. When we explained to Ronald that we had been waiting for an appointment for almost 3 days, took time off from work to be home for the appointment and it was important to have the AC get fixed because we has a small child, a asthmatic and a diabetic persons in the house and the temperature in the home is in the 90 degrees he still refused to come to look at the internal unit. When we call our insurance carrier the representative told us that the Sear's service tech Ronald J. had marked the service as refused. I will be making a formal complaint with management, my insurance carrier and the BBC.

Furnace/Thermostat
The technician came out and fixed my furnace yes he got my heat to work but he programmed my thermostat he programmed it to On Auto and Circulate meaning my thermostat never cuts off. Due to this my bill is now extremely high and I now have to pay for someone to com out again to fix the problem. Which is extremely unfair to me

Disapppointed
Olimpiu was due to arrive between 8 am and 5 pm. He did not arrive until 5:45. He had one more stop after mine. He was supposed to install a timer, motor, and blower. He only installed the timer. He said that's all I needed. He said I did not need the rest. He took the other 2 parts parts with him. I put a load of clothes in the dryer after he left. Within 10 minutes after I started the load the circuit breaker popped again.
