Run away from this company
This experience has been horrible. I can understand and be frustrated with it not being covered by my warranty. However this has been a long process and I still don't have a working Dishwasher. I gave up on using your company because I have already waited 4 weeks to get 2 service appointments and it wasn't going to be fixed. You can never get ahold of a human for help. As for Larry his attitude was the other reason I declined service. Mistakes happen but to not offer any assistance only expect the customer to wait longer and pay more isn't good service. We're left at your mercy to properly diagnose and fix our appliances. I was left feeling like I was a burden to pay you to do your job and when I wasn't happy I was treated like I should expect this and should just buy a new dishwasher. I take good care of my home had exterminators come out the same week that damage was diagnosed. I don't appreciate how I was treated by Larry. The lack of support, and ability to get ahold of a human made everything worse. Lastly, when I finally got ahold of someone they offered little to no help and then tried to sell me home improvement services. How tone deaf and honestly I will never recommend this company and will speak to my home warranty company to end their contract with you.

Late. Lazy. Lied.
Late: I took the whole day off since I was given a window of 8am - 5pm. Technician didn't arrive until 5:45pm exactly (doorbell can confirms). I get other customers were first and sometimes things take longer than anticipated but there was no communication or apologies. I could've went to work instead of wasting time off, chained to my house. Lazy & Lied I described the problem and he immediately went to "must be a programming issue." Didn't take anything apart. Wouldn't test the moisture sensor like I asked. Just showed up and said it over $600 to repair without doing any diagnostics. Offered me discounts if I purchased a plan from Sears or if I signed up for a Sears card. I declined. I went and purchased a multimeter and found that there actually is a short in the moisture sensor (resistance found when testing with a rod on each piece of the detector). Not only do I demand a refund for the "service call," I believe a new technician should be sent out to repair it.

Dryer fixed
Lint blizzard on my upstairs wall carpet ceiling all over the washer room. Techs failed to clean up after themselves and even worse made a clean area dirty, never want to have sears techs again bc of this reasons

DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCT
He was a nice guy but my unit still isn't working. It worked fine for a little, but now it's not keeping temperature again. The bottom freezer is now not keeping temperature.

Would not go up in the attic every other service tech did. Still have the same issue did not give us any options. Just kept walking around the house and back. Watched him on the cameras. I would like a new tech to come out and my deductible refunded
